What on earth is this ad talking about? And WTF does the gas tank have to do with it?
And what man is going to read an ad with the word "castration" in it?
I guess I have another - somebody really spent real cash money for this?

It basically refers to some kind of tumor arising from prostate cancer(hence the castration reference i guess) that can produce androgen by themselves, which lets them survive.
SO the gas tank-which if you notice is connected to itself-is a symbolic representation of something fuelling itself.
I thought it was pretty clever honestly, just that the target demographic for this ad seems to be a little small.
