This is so perfect I may have to set my hair on fire



For all you kids at home making notes, this is how it really works.

Or at least how some people think it should work. I especially like the "we'll cover your hard costs" part. And "make it up to you on the next one."

    I keep watching this over and over. It's like moving your tongue over a bad tooth - it hurts, but I can't leave it alone. Doesn't it make you want to do your own video on the topic?

    THIS ONE:
    One they missed: "My boss doesn't want to disclose our budget or provide you with any specifics as to what he wants but can you put a quote together for us?" I did and they said it was "outside their budget and we're going to go with someone else" WTF?

    AND THIS ONE:
    We really want to work with you.
    Everybody is cutting their rate.
    This will be good for your reel/book.
    The client has a few ideas.
    The clients wife has a degree in design.
    We're all in this together.
    We really respect your work.
    We need to see something by Friday @ 4p (so I can enjoy my weekend while you work on the changes that I made ;just to make changes)
